Characters of the Story

These are the main recurring characters within the comic.

Yuka Takaya

Yuka is your average teenager. Music shows, school and hanging with her friends. That is when she’s not forced to work in her dad’s ramen shop. She’s always been under the impression that she was raised by a single parent.  It isn't until a series of strange superhuman events lead her to question is this her real dad? and why these strange things are happening to her body…?

Born to a wealthy former debutante From Eternity 5 who never let go of the lifestyle, Suki was left on the doorstep of her former lover, Cain. Cain is under the impression that this is his lovechild and raises him like his own. Suki spends most of his time enjoying the surf life and catching waves. Life becomes a little bit harder for him though when he realizes how powerful he actually is and how people try to use him for it.

Suki Jones

L.O.A.D.S Officer Gannon

A blowhard rookie cop with boyish ideals borrowed from 80’s action movies. Gannon is a man of justice but not many brain cells. He joined the L.O.A.D.S corps after failing all other military/law enforcement applications. Though he means well his bumbling nature gets him into trouble inside and outside of his work.

Merciless

Born Nancy Kwan Yin to a family of Taoist magicians. She’s taken in at an early age by a local gangster, Tiger MA, after she stops some neighborhood bullies from harming his son, Austin. Slowly Nancy distances herself from her father and sinks further into the underworld, eventually becoming Tiger’s number one Hit woman... Until love interferes.

Helena Tsertos

Born to A very powerful music producer, Katman Tsertos, Helena has it all. Living the high life in the upper crust of Squamscatuate, MA. Cars, toys, endless friends and boys. She’s Yuka’s long time “frenemie”, often bullying her but recruiting her for silly girly adventures. As with Yuka, there’s more to Helena than meets the eye. She’s not your average teenage girl…

Cain (aka The Permanent Vacation)

Former mercenary who worked for an Eternity based group Called “The Liberators”. Often assigned to perform the government’s dirty work, Cain realizes that his powers are for him to use as he likes and he’s not going to be pressured or tempted with wealth by greedy big wigs. He leaves after a fallout with his partner, Brakemine and takes up the moniker to suit his new life style, Permanent Vacation aka PV.

Steve the Frog

A simple guy from the planet Aruins who grew up poor, Steve starts getting into wheeling and dealing with his friend, Freddie, and they eventually rise from rags to riches. However, the pair eventually get involved in fraud and even drug dealing by the end of it all. Once Steve sees things get messy, He decides to play it cool to Freddie until he can figure a proper way out of this mess and save himself.

Agent Mitchell was born, Fuller Mitchell, into a wealthy and power family on Earth in the town of Smugsbury, Massachusetts.  His family got him into officer academy in the military where he excelled quickly. Mitchell made it through elite training programs thousands apply to and only a handful ever complete.  Seeing his potential he was put in charge of black ops teams run by elite generals to manage private military units which operate outside of the law. Mitchell is little more than a sleazy businessman, using the resources (aka super powered beings from beyond Earth’s solar system) to rent to war lords and bad guys under the guise of “special government missions.”  He has no super human abilities but has elite military training and a propensity for coming out on top of political engagements. History refers to Bismarck as the “Iron Chancellor” and Kissinger “a war criminal.” Mitchell like those political geniuses who begot him is writing his legacy in blood.

Agent Mitchell

Brakemine

Once a homeless man, Brakemine was given an opportunity by Mitchell to become not only wealthy, but one of the world’s top mercenaries plus access to a very rare bio weapon that grafts itself to the host. This wealth and power goes to his head.  Eventually he butts heads with Cain and even takes out one of his teammates, Tactic. For sure, this guy is not one to be trusted.

Friend No. 5

Yuka’s Best friend. 5 is a bit more wild than Yuka and the one behind their bad ideas. 5 loves a good time and usually has Yuka’s back, but he's not the kind of guy who likes to stick around to get in trouble.

Mr Whiskey

Little is known about Mr. Whiskey at this point, except that he truly does live up to his name. A man of not abnormal but maybe extraordinary strength, durability, and alcohol tolerance.  Mr. Whiskey spends most of his time protecting his place of employment, the salamander, as well as the neighborhood from low end villains or defending the honor of one of his many crushes, Ms. Slag.

Miriam of Eternity

Born into a lavish lifestyle, Miriam is the negligent mother to Suki. Rather than give up her constant high end parties and space yacht cruises, Miriam dumps Suki onto Cain for him to raise. It’s not until later on that Miriam realizes she might be on double mommy duty and Suki might learn she’s been hiding something from him…

A hard working man that immigrated from Japan in his teens to chase his two passions: Music and cooking. He linked up with a local singer by the name of Katman Tsertos and the two started a local glam rock act “Love, Sally.” His performing days are cut short when he finds a baby on his doorstep that eventually grows into his teenage daughter that leads him into one wild ride after another…
